
Do you always feel good or happy or great? Or do you sometimes feel like you aren’t able to accept your feelings? Feelings are a part of us and they indeed say alot about us,but do we actually accept them the answer is no we don’t. Sometimes when we feel sad or when we agonize over something we try to avoid it (our feeling). We try to ignore the way we are actually feeling, rather than accepting and giving ourselves the time we end up ignoring them, suppressing them inside us or avoiding them so we don’t have to really care about it. It’s ok to not feel good all times, everytime. It’s completely okay to realise and to accept that you aren’t feeling good. Accepting your feelings just the way they are will help you to process them and eventually work in a possible way that can help you . Today reading this blog if you’re not feeling good about anything or anyone let me tell you that it’s all normal. Feelings make an integral part of human body. There isn’t any such obligation that you’re ought to feel good everyday, everytime. Someday’s are just amazing with an energetic pump. Other days are slow you feel this emptiness inside of you and have a terrible sadness that wraps you around. All these feelings are a part of you a reminder to you that you need to look out for yourself more than you are actually doing. So do not try to avoid these very eternal part of your bodies; your feelings that won’t help you. Embrace them, accept them work on yourself, care for yourself. Remember no one is responsible for your happiness,it’s you whose responsible for how you feel. Incase you aren’t feeling good trust me let it pass through good days are on their way.
