The fundamental difference between feelings and emotions is that feeling are experienced consciously. In simple words there are no feelings without emotions! Some basic forms of emotions are sadness, anger, disgust, embarassment, pride, happiness and anger. While these emotions are the outcomes of the situations we might come across we cannot avoid them. This invisible thing called emotions is connected to your body, mind, consciousness deeply. Emotions are the primary source of consideration towards mental health. So in order to love your feelings you need to first accept your emotions. People in their daily lives try to avoid emotions! But does that work the answer is NO. Avoiding emotions can keep you away from moving towards important and valued aspects of life. We all are human’s; we all face sadness, anger, disgust and embarrassment moving forward in the aspects of life. Ignoring these emotions will not help in any ways. Let me ask you a question, do you avoid emotions such as relief, affection towards someone or happiness? No we do not avoid such positive emotions. But avoiding anger or sadness can even worse your mental, physical, emotional well-being! Instead of avoiding them just let them pass, accept them. Do not become subservient or affected by what people will think just value your emotions. Because when you value your emotions you’ll start accepting your feelings, and then eventually you’ll be unbreakable. You are not weak just because you cried yesterday! And there’s no way I’m telling you to break vase out of anger! But I want you to accept that emotions are outcomes of what you’ve suffered how much you’ve learnt, of what has been through you. You were strong yesterday and you are strong today. Our emotions are the voice of our soul, without which our soul is incomplete. It’s because of emotions that we are able to love someone. It’s because of emotions that we are able to see the pain in someone’s eyes. These emotions are like imprints of our learning from past experiences. On conclusion I’d like you to accept that you are no less than anyone or just because you feel angry or sad or disgusted doesn’t mean that you don’t matter. Believe me everything you’ve been through, every tear, every little source of happiness matters! You matter. Your emotions matter.
You are not weak just because you cried yesterday!I want you to accept that emotions are outcomes of what you’ve suffered how much you’ve learnt, of what has been through you. You were strong yesterday and you are strong today.
