Resilience…

What is it about being resilient? How is it interconnected to every aspect of living life?

This word ‘resilience’, evokes a power inside me. This word has it all a human would need to be inspired. Resilience is the process and outcome of successfully adapting to difficult and challenging experience, especially through mental and emotional health aspect. I have this surging thrust of energy inside me that it’s so much more than that! Strength, fierceness, power, never giving up all of it. Resilience is standing up again when you fall down, it’s becoming a support of yourself. Resilience is picking up the pieces of your shattered heart, body, mind and soul; it’s fighting back with your own life and coming out of it as a win! You rebuild yourself. You work wonders within you. You sprout as blooming flowers, after going through all of it. No matter how hard a situations punches you, knocks you down, you wake up to a better version of yourself. But I also strongly feel resiliency not only means embodying that ‘never give up’ attitude. I think it also involves recognizing that sometimes you need to fall down and break apart. And most importantly – accept this as part of your journey. This breaking, causes you to become even stronger than you were before. I want to tell you that start to see yourself as an inspiration! I want you you to recognise what all mistakes you’ve done and how you’re the better version of yourself. We all are resilient in some or the other way aren’t we? We bounce back from setbacks of our life and start loving ourselves even more becoming unbreakable. No matter what you’re going through take time to be grateful for both you mind and body. Do not give up this hope of sheer internal power inside your divine selfs! Just have the self awareness of getting through it all. Be optimistic towards what all blunders or heartbreaks you face. See yourself as a warrior. Listen, when you realise how powerful you are; you are going to fight it all.
Resilience is so much more than its psychological definition! It’s as if all is connected towards being resilient, the positivity, mental and emotional health all of that. If you’re reading this right now I want you to accept this in every inch of your neural cell and fit it in your brain that no problem no heartbeat no cause of depression is more important than you! You are your most important priority. The pain, the hurt, the grief, the denial have an ending point trust me it all ends and it ends with an inevitable stronger version of you who has faught the ordeals of life. Do not give up…

Keep going, do not give up! Especially these days in which we have to keep up with all the changes around us.
