Self-forgiveness

the homebody, the powerhouse, of goodness is within you

At some point or many times we all have been through this feeling called guilt. The guilt of doing something bad to someone or the guilt of hurting anyone or even the guilt of choosing something that was a bad decision you’d always regret for. At some point or many times we have been through this feeling or maybe much more than just a feeling or even an aftermath called shame. The shame of being left alone, the shame of taking a step forward for which no one volunteered and perchance even the shame of being kind for helping someone. The guilt and shame of every bad decision is one of those major causes of hurting again and again over our former selves. But let me tell you good news, the reason you have this guilt, denial, angst, and disapproval for yourself is because you have realised and made the progress your way. If you can forgive someone else; why can you not forgive yourself? You did your possible best formerly, and heck you are trying to be better today! You did all you could to stop them from leaving you, but they did not realise your love and kindness! You tried to bury your feelings inside and they always tried to ignore it. You kept forgiving them and they were still partial towards you. You’ve been kind to everyone you could, before even being kind to yourself, so now it’s time to elevate yourself with self-forgiveness. Self-forgiveness was never about being selfish; in fact it is a realisation that what’s done cannot be undone. It is a form of self-love you need to show to yourself before showing it to anyone else. Forgiveness has always been two ways, one for yourself and then for the else. It is a subtle realisation that you need to move forward, that you need to stop hurting over the former incidents. After all, remember you can never forget something that has been cruel to you whether a person or a situation but you can completely forgive it and you can forgive yourself for it. You and your worth are always the primary beings that you need to preserve, all the rest are secondary or if that is bad consider it as non-existing. Self-forgiveness not only teaches you to be kind to yourself but to be kind to others as well. It makes you realise that before anything; you are a divine homebody that you need to preserve. Before the guilt consumes you or before the things become traumatic for you learn forgive yourselves. Don’t feel the shame about how they left you even though you loved them, feel the grace in your aura that your destiny has even the best. It’s completely okay to feel guilty if you’ve been bad to someone but you’ve learnt your lessons so well that you will do better every time you show up. With self-forgiveness you’ll invite the power of facing yourself confidently every time you have to make decisions. Remember, the homebody, the powerhouse, of goodness is within you, make sure you preserve it well!

Resilience…

What is it about being resilient? How is it interconnected to every aspect of living life?

This word ‘resilience’, evokes a power inside me. This word has it all a human would need to be inspired. Resilience is the process and outcome of successfully adapting to difficult and challenging experience, especially through mental and emotional health aspect. I have this surging thrust of energy inside me that it’s so much more than that! Strength, fierceness, power, never giving up all of it. Resilience is standing up again when you fall down, it’s becoming a support of yourself. Resilience is picking up the pieces of your shattered heart, body, mind and soul; it’s fighting back with your own life and coming out of it as a win! You rebuild yourself. You work wonders within you. You sprout as blooming flowers, after going through all of it. No matter how hard a situations punches you, knocks you down, you wake up to a better version of yourself. But I also strongly feel resiliency not only means embodying that ‘never give up’ attitude. I think it also involves recognizing that sometimes you need to fall down and break apart. And most importantly – accept this as part of your journey. This breaking, causes you to become even stronger than you were before. I want to tell you that start to see yourself as an inspiration! I want you you to recognise what all mistakes you’ve done and how you’re the better version of yourself. We all are resilient in some or the other way aren’t we? We bounce back from setbacks of our life and start loving ourselves even more becoming unbreakable. No matter what you’re going through take time to be grateful for both you mind and body. Do not give up this hope of sheer internal power inside your divine selfs! Just have the self awareness of getting through it all. Be optimistic towards what all blunders or heartbreaks you face. See yourself as a warrior. Listen, when you realise how powerful you are; you are going to fight it all.
Resilience is so much more than its psychological definition! It’s as if all is connected towards being resilient, the positivity, mental and emotional health all of that. If you’re reading this right now I want you to accept this in every inch of your neural cell and fit it in your brain that no problem no heartbeat no cause of depression is more important than you! You are your most important priority. The pain, the hurt, the grief, the denial have an ending point trust me it all ends and it ends with an inevitable stronger version of you who has faught the ordeals of life. Do not give up…
