You.

You are evolving, learning the real way of freedom and gracefully accepting what’s not meant for you.

Here’s something about life, we humans consistently change and adapt ourselves to the surroundings and let our past experience’s to be the sole examples of what we are supposed to do in the present. Have you ever realised of how constantly you are changing in pursuits of your life? Did you ever really take time to pause and appreciated yourself for all that you’ve been through? Did you ever realise you are growing daily? You are in process of becoming someone who you want to be. You are evolving, learning the real way of freedom and gracefully accepting what’s not meant for you. You are not just an ordinary heartbroken, strange, weak or dumb person! What you’ve been through only you are aware of it, and you’ve handled it all from tears to failures to every unexpected outcome of your life. Crying never makes you weak; it never did to anyone. Just because someone left you doesn’t mean you’re unworthy of love and light. Failures were never decided they were indications for you to push yourself even harder for the next one. Look at yourself for once and how you’ve been running through this competition of proving yourself to things that you’ve always deserved. Believe me for once all the heartbreaks you’ve faced; all the sorrows you’ve kept hidden deep down in chamber of your heart it’ll all definitely be okay! There are people out there who admire you for your smile, your way and the entire you! Because you deserve to be loved and appreciated. You are someone who deserves to have a lover who can keep you awake all night and make love! You are someone who deserves the worldly happiness and enchanting memories. Remember how you faced the darkness all by yourself and there was no one to wipe your tears? Remember when you worked hard and gave your best but still didn’t receive the validation you wanted?! Remember you were the one who made them felt special and loved but still got your heart wretched by them? You’ve been through all alone, by yourself. You’ve faced it all alone even if you didn’t want to.

Emotions…

What are emotions? Are emotions and feelings same? Do we really need to care about our emotions? Can you control or neglect your emotions?

The fundamental difference between feelings and emotions is that feeling are experienced consciously. In simple words there are no feelings without emotions! Some basic forms of emotions are sadness, anger, disgust, embarassment, pride, happiness and anger. While these emotions are the outcomes of the situations we might come across we cannot avoid them. This invisible thing called emotions is connected to your body, mind, consciousness deeply. Emotions are the primary source of consideration towards mental health. So in order to love your feelings you need to first accept your emotions. People in their daily lives try to avoid emotions! But does that work the answer is NO. Avoiding emotions can keep you away from moving towards important and valued aspects of life. We all are human’s; we all face sadness, anger, disgust and embarrassment moving forward in the aspects of life. Ignoring these emotions will not help in any ways. Let me ask you a question, do you avoid emotions such as relief, affection towards someone or happiness? No we do not avoid such positive emotions. But avoiding anger or sadness can even worse your mental, physical, emotional well-being! Instead of avoiding them just let them pass, accept them. Do not become subservient or affected by what people will think just value your emotions. Because when you value your emotions you’ll start accepting your feelings, and then eventually you’ll be unbreakable. You are not weak just because you cried yesterday! And there’s no way I’m telling you to break vase out of anger! But I want you to accept that emotions are outcomes of what you’ve suffered how much you’ve learnt, of what has been through you. You were strong yesterday and you are strong today. Our emotions are the voice of our soul, without which our soul is incomplete. It’s because of emotions that we are able to love someone. It’s because of emotions that we are able to see the pain in someone’s eyes. These emotions are like imprints of our learning from past experiences. On conclusion I’d like you to accept that you are no less than anyone or just because you feel angry or sad or disgusted doesn’t mean that you don’t matter. Believe me everything you’ve been through, every tear, every little source of happiness matters! You matter. Your emotions matter.

You are not weak just because you cried yesterday!I want you to accept that emotions are outcomes of what you’ve suffered how much you’ve learnt, of what has been through you. You were strong yesterday and you are strong today.
