Realise it! You deserve it

You can!

There are times i hate myself! The way i am doing things, the way i am letting things happen to me. It’s humanly nature to criticise oneself, but do we praise ourselves and claim it to our own self that we deserve better? Better than we treat ourselves, better than we think we are! In my opinion;situations and people do have an impact on ourselves but more than that it works the way we think. We are the once who are solely responsible for moulding our lives into the way we want! And however we want. Wherever you are standing right now or at whatever position you are right know trust me there are better things all along the way for you. You deserve it and you should be aware of it. This isn’t easy for anyone of us to accept the reality and the fact that it is what it is. It’s not going to be easy for you to deal with whatever you are dealing with currently. But you deserve to be able to stay in the life you wish for yourself. No one would really understand what you are going through or what you’ve been feeling all these nights and days keeping millions of thoughts forbidden inside you. I get it it’s difficult to tell someone and it’s difficult for somebody to help you out. Nevertheless you deserve to be your own help! You are just enough to help yourself out of any struggles going on in your life. All you must be thinking is why do i sound so easy? It’s because i know that we all can do it. 783 crore people around the globe can do it! It just takes forever to erase a hurting memory and it still stays with you;so why don’t you vow it yourself to see these memories as a part of your development and how you’ve been through it all! Why don’t you just memorise them again and again and see the joys in mistakes you’ve made? Why can you not stop worrying about the things that haven’t been in existence yet? Why do you actually worry about something that is just a probable event and u don’t even know it will take place?! Better REALISE it because you deserve it! You deserve a happy,healthy and worth of all life. You can do it i know it! So i want you to know it! Competition, comparison, heartbreaks, mental health issues and crisis are in myriad around this globe. But you are the only in 7 billion around this globe! Better REALISE it because you deserve it; the life you’re waiting for is a few steps ahead,all you need to do is keep covering the distance and enjoy the ride……

Healing…

What is your idea of healing? Do you find it complicated? Is it difficult for you to get through the emotional healing?

The idea of healing varies from different forms to all of us. Here’s a version of mine. Sometimes healing is all about letting yourself to feel. Healing is not always something that requires medications or paramedic proceedures. Are medicines actually responsible for healing your emotional wounds? According to me no they aren’t. Sometimes healing is how much you love yourself. Sometimes healing is the simple joy you find in day to day lives. Sometimes healing is knowing that you are in this world for a damn reason. Sometimes healing is talking to best friend who can listen to you. Sometimes healing feels like nothing at all, it’s like fitting yourself in every situation. It can be painful in the beginning to just live with the changes some situations might have caused. Healing is when you realise that life is so delicate to spend contemplating about something or someone who just happened to leave. The stages of healing might break you inside at first but it’s all going to be worth it at the end. Healing takes time to explore and own your strengths and develop awareness of the many different parts or perspectives you have. Listen, you are going to be okay. There’s no need to apologise for whatever your emotions are. Just because you are healing an emotional trauma doesn’t mean you are weak there’s no way you have to feel that you are weak it will worsen the healing process. Do not away the emotions from yourself instead bind yourself in the reality. You’ll face alot of stages in this process of healing your emotional wounds such as grief, denial, anxiety but then you’ll accept yourself and the reality will no longer haunt you or terrify you. Human bodies are filled with millions of emotions and each of them counts. If we remove these emotions there won’t be feelings and without feelings soul will not be into existence and without soul there is no life. I want to tell you that healing process is difficult but not impossible. Please don’t force yourself to try out complicated things, instead look for beauty in yourself, make yourself a priority. Do not see yourself just as a subject; see yourself as a life. Forgive your past and look at it as a blessing for it taught you to be the strongest. Everytime you look in the mirror fall in love with yourself. If tears rush down your cheeks, embrace them with care remember, tears don’t mean that you are weak they’re just a sign that you’ve suffered and learnt alot! Feel comfortable with whatever you actually are. I don’t want you to have a regret at yourself, because you are lovely, you are beautiful. Take it easy! Don’t complicate.
